White Oaks Aligned will follow the face mask regulations of the applicable state and local jurisdictions. In communities where COVID-19 transmission is high or substantial, per current CDC guidance, White Oaks Aligned strongly recommends that all employees and vendors wear face masks when working inside.

It takes more than a mask.  White Oaks Aligned has been forward leaning on managing the risk of exposure.  We will continue to follow all recommendations from federal and state health officials, as well as recommendations from the CDC and WHO regarding  guidelines to reduce risk of exposure at the office and in the field.

White Oaks Aligned is strongly committed to helping communities stop the spread of viruses, protecting the health and safety of our partners and employees, and complying with the guidance of Public Health officials and the CDC.  In this time of gradual reopening, we continue to closely monitor the changing situation and employ practices that reduce the potential for exposure.

Managing the Risk of Exposure

From onset​, White Oaks Aligned has been committed to social distancing measures, normal routine cleaning and disinfection practices in and around all job sites and work areas.

 

We always go in with a plan, everyone goes in ready and stays in the loop:

Determine what needs to be disinfected and plan accordingly

  • Assessments include identifying all high touch and frequently touched surfaces

  • Surfaces are cleaned with soap & water

  • EPA-approved disinfectants, soft and porous material products, and bleach or alcohol alternatives are available and used

Actively engage in practices to reduce potential for exposure

  • Staggered occupancy in and around all job sites and work areas

  • Social distancing measures

  • Proactive scheduling for pickups and deliveries

  • Frequent hand washing and the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer

  • Covering coughs and sneezes

  • Stay at home when sick

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth

  • Wear cloth face coverings

Always maintain a professional appearance

  • Limit the number of vehicles parked at a worksite

  • Always schedule for staggered occupancy 

Stay connected, keep each other in the loop and aware
